All orders from christianlouboutin-com.com are delivered free of charge.
Our aim is to deliver all orders within 7 working days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example ordered shoes are out of stock, we will email you to advise you of the likely delay.
We give free International express delivery worldwide which comes with an online tracking number and need a signature

- When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and will require a signature on receipt.
1. Customs fees are not being included by christianlouboutin-com.com for international shipping. We’ll mark our parcels as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any.
2. Please provide us with detailed and correct address that can be reached by the international delivery. P.O. Box address will not be accepted. The risk of loss would be passed to you if it is caused by the mistakes of shipping address made by you at filling out the shipping information
3. We're sorry, but we can't change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed. If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns: Unworn merchandise may be returned within fourteen days from the date merchandise were received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender. Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Because we offer free shipping for your order. The shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the refund, so a 15% shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your original funds

Exchange: Exchanges are only allowed when the merchandise are defective or damaged upon receipt, not as per your order or not proper size. Email us firstly because returns without a return authorization from us will not be accepted and you can get the return address. All items can only be exchanged for replacement at the equal price. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
1. A Return Address must be obtained from customer service to receive a refund. Order number must be written on the outside of the packaging. If order number is not visible or provided, package may get lost or returned back to you
2. On the packing slip, circle the item(s) being returned. Please indicate reason for return.
3. Pack merchandise securely. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return.
4. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal service. We will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
5.Please pay attention the customer is responsible for shipping charges of the whole exchange process.

What are my payment choices?
